Recruitment Process

On receipt of Attested Demand Letter, Power of attorney, Employment agreement from our Principal, we shall first locate the most suitable and experienced personnel from the application/Bio-data, which is registered with us for every type of trade. These application/Bio-data to be collected by us through different sources.

As Customary upon receipt of attested documents from Royal Nepalese Hon, consult, we will lodge the same & obtain Govt. approval. If sufficient number of required personnel is not found in our data bank, then we advertise for the required persons. On receipt of the application/ Bio-data we scrutinize these and select the best possible candidates strictly in accordance with the requirements of our principal.

For our further satisfaction about the merits of the prospective candidates, after scrutinizing the application/Bio-data, we call the candidates for interview and practical Trade Test to appear before our Selection Committee which is composed of expect of that particular trade who consider cases on the basis of merit and practical experiences. Those experts hold detailed interview followed by practical test.

After the candidates are selected (or nominated) for employment we send them for medical examination to the Doctors/Hospital or as advised by the employers to that candidate are physically fit and in all respects suitable for employment in foreign countries. We furnish our medical examination reports duly signed by the examining Doctors for each candidate along with Bio-Data for the purpose of calling visa.

After final scrutiny at our end we send the passport particulars along with applications. Bio-data of those selected to the representative employers for their final selection to arrange calling visa and complete other formalities.

Upon receipt of documents required for visa stamping, we will send our delegates for visa stamping to designate consulate. On completion of all the foregoing formalities we provide the standard foreign employment agreement approved by our principal for signature by the candidate.

Upon endorsement of visa from designate consulate. We will book their seats on first available flight and send mail/ Fax to the principal advising them the date and flight number by which the candidates shall be flying to their zone of operation.
